Democracy versus Efficracy.

In a democracy, citizens must register, endure long lines, and often face challenges just to vote for a representative who may not keep their promises. However, there is always a risk that ballots could be mishandled, as there is no absolute guarantee that the system hasn't been tampered with.

Under Efficracy, citizens will no longer need to vote in person. Voting can be as simple as placing a sign near your mailbox, attaching it to your window or balcony, or even sending an SMS — though the SMS option will require quantum technologies to ensure it is more secure.

If voting is as secure and as easy as jotting down a sign and sticking it in my window, on my balcony, or next to my mailbox, then what's the point of keeping representatives around? They're just middlemen we no longer need.

Take it easy, America. I get how sensitive privacy is to you. Every voter has their own custom crypto-ballot, like example 6A14 displayed on the white balcony. Drones with built-in privacy filters, no human.

6A14 - What does it mean? JOHN + DOG - What does it mean? $1.97 - What does it represent? The system is designed so that only the drone's AI reads the sign and casts the vote — everything else in frame is blurred autonomously, so no human ever sees your window, your family, or your home.

What if the Founding Fathers were alive today? They would not bury their heads in the sand. They would look under the hood of their own system and see the gaps, the rust, the bottlenecks, and the limits of a blueprint built for another age. They would see presidents using the pardon power to protect friends, allies, and personal interests.

They would see an institution built to stand as the final guardian of justice now viewed by millions as a Supreme Court of Republicans versus Democrats. They would see how, in 2010, the Supreme Court opened the floodgates for corporations, unions, and outside groups to pour money into elections through independent expenditures. Years later, the same court created another political earthquake after Roe v. Wade was overturned. They would see George Santos slip through the cracks of a broken system and land a seat in Congress.

And to give Americans peace of mind, let me be crystal clear: drafting a new Constitution is no walk in the park. It cannot be rushed, forced, or cooked up behind closed doors by one person, one party, or one campaign. It must be a serious national process involving 12 clubs, more than 7,000 public figures, scholars, engineers, workers, journalists, students, and citizens working together to build a framework for quantum-age governance.

This process could take around six years to complete. Meanwhile, America would continue operating under an amended version of the current Constitution, so the country does not pull the plug on itself, black out, or jump blindfolded into the unknown. This is not about throwing the Constitution under the bus — it is about honoring its original spirit: building a system strong enough for its time to innovate and lead.

Drafting a new constitution to replace the outdated one is crucial to address the challenges of the digital age and prepare for the quantum near-future. The transition to the new constitution must happen on a designated date, not gradually over time. During this time, the old constitution will remain in effect, except for the redundant Supreme Court and the transitional authority granted to the Founding Club. All other aspects of law and order will stay the same, ensuring the country remains stable and avoids chaos.

Each of the following turning points calls for a thoughtful and peaceful transition to a new constitution, shifting from "We the People" to "We the Humans."

To sustainably address this: I've invented a system called "Part-time Scholars & Full-Time Executers" (PSFE) to revolutionize how people work and access public services. The PFSE bridges the gap between socialism and capitalism with a fresh economic model I've coined "Medallion-ism."

Medallion-ism and the "PSFE" system introduces a new way to pay for services, including public jobs, through a package called "The 39th Labor." For the military, it includes a bold new structure called "Trib-izing the Military." I'm planning to team up with Representative Dan Crenshaw to finalize the details and share this plan with the American people.

Trump himself doesn't know what to do other than the only trick economists know — print money. His second and final tool is threatening sanctions and tariffs, completely missing the point that the foolish decisions Pelosi and McConnell made during COVID had already alienated all countries, including America's closest allies.

If you've ever wondered why grocery prices have skyrocketed, it's because Pelosi and McConnell relied on their conventional thinking and printed over $3 trillion during COVID. This triggered inflation not just in the U.S. but worldwide, devaluing the dollar in countries that hold it as a reserve currency. Instead of holding the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) accountable for the pandemic, they shifted the burden onto American citizens and the global populace.

All of this could have been easily avoided without sparking any warfare if those leaders had united the rest of the world to hold the Chinese economy accountable for the pandemic. Instead, Pelosi and McConnell added trillions to the national debt, which paved the way for alternatives like the BRICS financial system, backed by Russia and China.

I've developed a new economic model that goes beyond the outdated conflict between socialism and capitalism. I call it Medallion-ism — a paradigm designed to help mitigate the consequences of runaway money-printing and a national debt that seems impossible to repay.

It all starts with Medallion-izing the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The new system, which transcends the centuries-old debate of capitalism vs. socialism, is far from simple — it demands significant innovation, strategic planning, and geopolitical improvements.

I plan to work with House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries to secure bipartisan support for this patent. Republicans should support the medallion-ization of the BEP — The United States Bureau of Engraving and Printing — as it serves the nation's interests and represents the first step in sustainably preventing future bank runs. This vision will fully materialize when the founding club takes the reins of the country after Trump's term ends in 2028. However, the nation could save valuable time if Speaker Johnson and Leader Jeffries care enough to back this effort.

My ultimate goal is to prevent the nightmare of a nationwide bank run. A patent will soon be proposed to the lower house to become law.

It has been commonly understood that revolutions involve violence and bloodshed since the dawn of time. However, this is the first time in history that true civility has intersected with American and Canadian mentalities to demonstrate how a revolution can bring about peaceful change.

When should you line up? Mostly when Trump's term ends, by 2028, or otherwise when the Founding Club gives the word — a group of five, four members cherry-picked by AI: Rep. Mikie Sherrill, Dan Crenshaw, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and the fifth, the founder of Efficracy. The Founding Club consists of four Americans — just as any elected official is American — posing no threat to national security.

I've spent years crafting a plan to ensure a peaceful transition without harming the country, because what's the point of saving America if a violent revolution tears it apart? My vision extends beyond borders, aiming to shield future generations from the catastrophic consequences humanity would face if the Chinese CCP manipulates both Russia and America into war.

Together, this group will help the American people draft a new constitution, "We The Humans," a process that may take 3 to 4 years to complete. This effort will involve 12 clubs with over 7,000 public figures working together to reshape governance, while still allowing Americans to vote on every decision.

Immigration is a global issue, not just an American one. I've developed a comprehensive plan, patented under an agreement that addresses the national issue of border security by introducing hardware and software systems that remove direct human involvement at the southern border. Instead, AI and machinery would handle the task, while border patrol agents receive a medallion as compensation that exceeds their current salaries, all paid by what I've newly coined the "Equalization Industry."

This new approach to U.S. border security reimagines the process by replacing human involvement with AI-driven, machine-controlled systems. It establishes a buffer zone that prioritizes human rights and dignity, ensuring the border is safeguarded without the ethical dilemmas faced by frontline agents. This will be revealed to the public by the invited member of the Founding Club, U.S. Rep. Dan Crenshaw.

Beyond the national issue of the southern border, and on a global level, I've created a new economic model called the "Equalization Industry" to address the core of the immigration problem. This model is built around a proposed 34th human right: immigration equality, which would replace the outdated 14th human right of asylum seeking. All of this will be proposed during the Bretton Woods 2.0 conferences.

These details will be shared confidentially with the Trump Administration and are subject to discussion with the Bretton Woods 2.0 Senate, all with one clear objective: prioritizing national security, both within the U.S. and among its European allies.

I love a challenge, but inviting two American elected officials who don't see eye to eye is more than just a challenge — it risks becoming a disaster. What most people miss is that I don't just have a Plan B, I have plans all the way to Plan Z, including a project I call "De-Bokassa," designed to help me navigate this challenge if the two officials fail to prioritize the nation's interests over their differences.

Why these two? Because the impact of MTG and AOC on uniting the country is far greater than that of any other public figures. I want to launch GenioPolicy's most significant initiative, The Big Compromise — a package where both sides make concessions for the greater good. For instance, AOC could support the new immigration equality doctrine, while MTG, in exchange, could back a climate change solution that doesn't burden taxpayers.

Under the "Blue Realistic Deal" — a rebranding of the New Green Deal designed to be feasible and rational — I've developed projects addressing climate change and inclusion, including one called "The Sisters KamalaZov," using AI to study how mixed-gender participation in contact sports like soccer could work without compromising the quality of the game.

I'm not just building something for liberals, but also for conservatives. The Big Compromise Initiative will begin with sports, but it won't end there — it will expand to immigration, the Second Amendment, climate change, and more. I hope MTG and AOC will be ready to accept The Big Compromise, trading one value for another, an initiative I've created to ensure America stays strong.

I designed The Big Compromise to cast AOC and MTG each as champions of a cause close to them, including MTG's drone project, the "Marjorie Pancake," designed to help protect kids from foul balls and flying bats at ballgames by weighing the tradeoff between the speed of a high-speed ball and the appropriate size and payload of modern drones.

The patents I've drafted will partially grant rights to AOC and MTG. Hopefully, they accept The Big Compromise.
