Which countries will oversee this UQC, a Universal Quantum Computer that will impact everything from how people vote to how they pay and drive?
Similar to the veto power of the old United Nations, the new Quantum Nations have their own unique system. It expands beyond the initial five veto-nations to include a larger group of trusted developed nations integrated into what I call the ADR engines.
There is an exclusion in this new system where China is NOT included in the list to oversee the Universal Quantum Computer. However, a 'downside' is that I strongly advocate for the involvement of the Russian people in what I refer to as the Ameri-K-Assia Nations. I said "Russian people," NOT "Putin's administration."
The Ameri-K-Assia Nations is a term describing America on one side and Russia on the other, with the 'K' nations in the middle: the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Japan, Israel, Canada, France, Australia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Luxembourg, India, New Zealand, South Korea, Portugal, Spain, and — as the founder — the Kingdom of Morocco.

It's normal for people to perceive me as crazy for proposing 9 new human rights and a novel regime to challenge the conventional representative democracy that was ingrained in all of us from birth.
